LimbBo Adventure Day 2026

Last week, a few members of the Rebel Bionics team headed to Barnsley to attend the LimbBo foundation’s 2026 Adventure Day.

The event brought together children and young people with limb differences, along with their families, for a day packed with activities, challenges, and opportunities to connect with others who share similar experiences. Adventure Day is all about building confidence, encouraging participation, and creating lasting memories in a supportive and inclusive environment.

For the Rebel Bionics team, it was a fantastic opportunity to meet members of the limb difference community, hear their stories, and see first-hand the positive impact that organisations such as the LimbBo Foundation have. Throughout the day, we spoke with families, answered questions about our technology, and enjoyed seeing participants embrace every activity with enthusiasm and determination.

Events like these are an important reminder that prosthetic technology is only one part of the journey. Confidence, community, and access to shared experiences can make an enormous difference, and we are proud to support initiatives that help make those opportunities possible.
